Hi my name’s Maddy, I began my weight loss journey approximately 18 months ago. I initially lost 22kg’s (48lbs) in 6 months before I stopped training for a while and maintained my weight for 7 months. In the last 5 months I began trying to lose weight again because I still wasn’t comfortable with my body. In the last 5 months I have lost a further 18kg’s (39lbs) putting my total weight loss at 40kg’s (. I still have a further 10kg’s to lose until I am at the healthiest weight for my height but I am very happy with the progress that I have made. I currently stand at 166cm’s and 69kg’s. I was teased all my life for my size and since I have lost weight I have become a more confident and happy person, with the people who used to torment me now complementing me. The strict healthy eating and exercise regimes and sacrifices I made to get to where I am now where definitely worth it.

I’m most likely going to get hate for posting another before and after, but I do it for those who appreciate it and feel motivated to make a happier, healthier them!

The second one was taken 2 days ago at 155lbs
I am so proud of myself and how far I have come, it took healthier choices and more exercise and I feel so happy with myself! I think EVERYONE deserves to feel that feeling, and I want to help people love who they are even more and wake up and smile every single day!
We can do this together !!
